I'm Mimoun Rania, a dedicated Chemist Engineer holding a Master's degree in Natural Products Chemistry from Saad Dahleb University Blida 1. As a spectroscopy instructor, I've mentored over 50 PhD students, specializing in IR spectroscopy. Fueled by a profound interest in innovation, science, technology, and healthcare, I am continually driven to make meaningful contributions to the ever-evolving landscape of my field. I am honored to volunteer at ALWIS; my goal, as a volunteer, is to contribute to the advancement of science, particularly in the field of Chemistry, empowering Algerian women in their scientific pursuits. Being part of this vibrant community allows me to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and work towards a more inclusive future for women in science.
